Use of the Website and Services

We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable licence to:

• Use the website and the services pursuant to these Terms
• Copy and store the website content in your device's cache memory
• Print pages from the website for your own personal and non-commercial use
• Generate and download your will document for personal use

Restrictions

Making Wills on the Website

The will templates on our website are only suitable if you:

• Live in New Zealand
• Do not have overseas assets

Storing Your Will Information

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Your will information is stored locally on your device only using your browser's local storage
• We do NOT store your will information on our servers
• You are responsible for downloading and securely storing your completed will document
• Draft information may be lost if you clear your browser data or use a different device
• We recommend downloading your completed will immediately and making backup copies

Through our website, we have provided a means for you to prepare your own will. We accept no responsibility and bear no liability for:

• The manner in which you complete your will
• Whether your will is valid or enforceable upon completion
• Whether your will is appropriate for your particular circumstances

Witnessing Requirements

Your will must be properly witnessed by 2 witnesses who:

• Are 18 years or older
• Are NOT beneficiaries in your will
• Are NOT married to or in a civil union with any beneficiaries
• Witness your signature in each other's presence
